You are trapped in a strange version of your apartment everything feels like a dream but it s too real to be just a dream
August Night is a short first-person perspective horror game where you try to find your way back to to reality by exploring the distorted logic of a place you once thought was just a regular old apartment building
this game was previously available in a different form this newer version is remade extended and reimagined from the ground up
The game goes under construction from time to time
what does that mean
it means I m still listening to reviews critiques and suggestions and changing and updating the game from time to time this is my first project on steam and I m still learning changes previously included graphics and visual improvements new options in settings and more
latest update included a huge change in the game which is that i transformed pre-rendered cutscenes into real-time playable sections where you can move and see or interact with the world as i said i m still learning and listening to everyone and trying to improve this small experience my goal on the start was making something i like but now my goal is also creating something you like too not by being mainstream and doing whatever everyone else is doing but by respecting players and giving them more freedom within the game...phew that was a long paragraph i didn t use chat on this one
